Located at the base of the beautiful Organ Mountains, the Frontier Club is the center for special events at White Sands Missile Range. The Club is open for breakfast Monday - Friday from 6:30 am - 9 am, serving "Grab and Go" breakfast items, fresh coffee, and made-to-order omelets and burritos. Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 11 am - 1 pm, featuring daily entrée specialties, soup and salad bar, made-to-order deli sandwiches, hot grilled sandwiches, desserts, and freshly baked cookies. The daily entrée specials feature a wide array of cuisines including many Southwestern favorites. Lunch offers patrons the opportunity to dine on the Verandah Patio with a beautiful view of the Organ Mountains.
