Discount Card Program for the Families of Deployed Service Members
Is your Service Member deploying or is he currently deployed? You may be eligible to receive discounts at MWR facilities and AAFES facilities. Read below to find out how you can get your own Awaiting "R" Discount Card.

How do I get my own Awaiting "R" Discount Card
Please complete the Awaiting "R" Card application (click here). Bring all of the required materials to ACS White Sands Missile Range Building 250 to receive your Awaiting R Card.

The following is a list of what to bring to ACS to receive your card:
Completed Awaiting R Card application
Copy of your Service Member's deployment orders*
Your DoD issued ID card
If you have children, they must be registered with Child, Youth and School Services (CYS Services) for you to receive the childcare benefits.

The following is a checklist of what bring with you to the CYS Services Parent Central Office, if your children are already registered with CYS Services.
Your DoD issued ID card
Copy of your Service Member's deployment orders
*For CYS Services Discounts of Army Family Covenant Mission Level I you are eligible to receive the benefits 30 days prior to your Service Member's deployment and 60 days after their return. If you have not received your Awaiting ‘R' Card you can get these benefits with a copy of your orders.
