Army Family Team Building is a series of training modules taught through your local Army Community Service or Family Program's office that cover topics such as basic information about the Army, personal growth skills and leadership skills. AFTB improves personal and Family preparedness which enhances overall Army readiness and helps America's Army adapt to a changing world.

Enlisted Spouse Training Series
The seminars are small group sessions (five to 15 spouses). The unique aspects of each seminar include panel discussions with two to three couples currently serving in a Drill Sergeant, Recruiter or First Sergeant assignment. Local Army Family Team Building (AFTB) Program Managers in Army Community Service (ACS) or your local Family Programs office are the points of contact at your local installation for information about the Enlisted Spouse Training Series.
