**The WSMR Aquatic Center will re-open Saturday, 5 November 2011. 

The Aquatic Center is in Building 462, adjacent to the Community Center and offers a 25-meter, eight lane pool plus a 24-foot diameter children's pool. The main pool depth is 3.5 feet at the shallow end and 12 feet at the deep end. The water temperature is kept at 80-82°, perfect for training and recreational swimming. There are 1 and 3 meter diving boards, a big screen TV, water basketball, inner tubes and water polo equipment. The center features two sun decks with lounge chairs and umbrella tables, perfect for birthday and private parties. We also offer programs such as Flick-N-Float, Underwater Hockey, Water Aerobics, Stroke Improvement and Video Stroke Critique.

* 2 Lap Lanes available during Open Recreational Swimming whenever possible. No Open Recreational Swimming will be allowed prior to noon without prior arrangement with the Aquatic Manager. Call Amy at 575.678.1068 for more information.
