One of the most popular spots on post is the Golf Course, adjacent to the Frontier Club.  This Golf Course is set at the base of the Organ Mountains the White Sands Missile Range Golf Course has been rated one of the best 9-hole courses in the Sun Country Section.  The Golf Course is known for it's fast greens and majestic views.  Come and enjoy the "Best Kept Secret in the Southwest".

Facilities include a driving range plus putting and chipping greens. Motor Carts and hand pulled carts are available to rent.  A yearly family membership entitles the entire family to enjoy golf without a limit on the number of rounds played.

The Pro Shop at White Sands Missile Range Golf Course carries a full line of the latest and greatest brands of golf equipment and apparel.  Names such as Nike, Callaway, Cleveland, Ping and Titleist to name a few.  The WSMR Golf Course has a wide variety of men's and women's apparel such as Tommy Hilfiger, Callaway, Nike, Fidra, just to name a few.  Our friendly, courteous and professional staff is  available to assist you with any of your golfing needs.  We can special order any golf product that you may desire.  While in the Pro Shop you can make your next tee time, purchase gift certificates, sign up for golf lessons or set up your next corporate, organizational or unit golf tournament.  We strive to make your golfing experience a pleasant one and look forward to serving you.

Winter Hours

TUE - SUN 8 am - 5 pm

Summer Hours

Course open on Monday Holidays and then closed on Tuesday following the Holiday

Tuesday - Friday  8 am - 7 pm

Saturday - Sunday  7 am - 7 pm

(Tee Times Scheduled from 0630 - 0700 on Saturday and Sunday are for 9 holes only)

Those playing nine holes from 0630 - 0700 must pay their green fees in the Pro Shop after completion of their nine holes

Weekend Tee Times are available to public on the Wednesday prior to the weekend

All other times the course is open for normal play except during tournament

WSMR Golf Club Rules

 Golfer's General

    -- WSMR Golf Course is a spikeless facility.

    --Fivesomes are allowed.

    --All player's must have their own equipment.

    --Pets are not allowed on the premises.

    --Player's must check in at the Pro Shop.

    --No outside food or beverages may be brought on to the course.

    --The 90 degree rule will be observed and in effect.

 Dress Code

    -- Men and Women must wear appropriate shirts. No tank tops, halter tops, no BDU's or gym attire will be worn.

    --Short Pants may only be golf shorts. No cut-offs, sweatpants or bicycle shorts.
