The CYS Services Administration office is open  from 0530-1700. 

Please call to schedule early morning and late afternoon appointments.

The School Liaison Officer works in conjunction with White Sands Missile Range, Child, Youth & School (CYS)  Services and the Las Cruces Public Schools to address educational issues involving military children. Through partnering with the local and military community, the School Liaison Officer can help with the full range of K-12 schools (public, private, home school) and also with college and trade school information. 

Parents of school age children are aware, there are unique issues to students transitioning to new schools whether at the beginning of the school year or the middle of the year. Parents worry if the local school offers a quality education, students worry about fitting in, and everyone worries if the credits the students have earned will transfer. It is the goal of the School Liaison Officer to provide general information on common questions.
